How to request deletion of your data

ad your service is a B2B marketing-intelligence platform used by advertising agencies. We process Meta Platform Data (advertising metrics, page insights, OAuth access tokens) on behalf of our agency customers. Below you can read what data we store and how you can request its deletion.

What data do we store?

• Your account profile (email, name) used to sign in to the platform
• OAuth access tokens you granted to connect Meta ad accounts, Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, LinkedIn Ads, and Klaviyo
• Aggregated advertising and analytics metrics retrieved through those connections (campaign spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, page-level engagement). We do not store personally-identifying end-user data from the connected platforms.
• Audit logs of when you signed in and which actions were taken in your workspace

Two ways to request deletion

What happens after deletion

• All OAuth access tokens are revoked at the source platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Klaviyo)
• All stored metrics, account data, and audit logs are permanently removed from our production database
• Encrypted database backups are rotated within 30 days; data cannot be restored after that window
• We send a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Meta-specific deletion

For data we received from Meta (Facebook Login, Instagram, Pages, Marketing API), deletion follows the same process. We also implement Meta's Data Deletion Callback so requests initiated from Facebook Settings are honoured automatically.
