Terms of Service

1. The service

ad your service provides a B2B marketing-intelligence platform that connects to advertising and analytics accounts (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Klaviyo) to produce dashboards, reports, audit findings, and recommendations. The platform is intended for advertising agencies and their authorised staff.

2. Accounts & access

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the activity of users in your workspace. You must have the authority to connect any third-party account you link to the platform.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data you are not authorised to, reverse-engineer the service, or use it in violation of the terms of the connected platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Klaviyo) or applicable law.

4. Changes applied to connected accounts

The platform may propose changes to connected advertising accounts. Such changes are only executed after explicit approval by an authorised user. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any recommendation before it is applied.

5. Data & privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data received through connected APIs.

6. Availability & liability

The platform is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all metrics will be free of errors originating from the connected platforms. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the platform and request deletion of your data at any time via our Data Deletion Instructions. We may suspend access in case of misuse or non-payment.
